The Lincoln Trail Classic 5K Run, 2Mile Walk and 1Mile Fun Run was
held Saturday, September 21, 2002 as part of the festivities of the Marshall (Illinois) Autumn Fest. The over-all male winner of the 5K run was David Minor (49) of Clinton, Indiana with a time of 18:51. The over-all female winner was Martha Whitacre (46) of Paris, Illinois with a time of 23:05. The winners each won a trophy and a gift certificate from Pacesetter Sports in Terre Haute. The winners of the 1 Mile Fun Run were Paige Hutchinson of Marshall with a time of 6:58 and Jacob Whitacre of Paris, Illinois with a time of 7:025K Results
