ANNUAL WVRR MEMBER APPRECIATION BANQUET AND AWARDS CEREMONY
On January 17th 2015 we will be holding our annual WVRR Member Appreciation Banquet and Awards Ceremony. To those new to the WVRR family this banquet is put on by the club to give us a chance to get together and have an evening of fun and food without having to lace up the running shoes. It is also an opportunity for us as a club to recognize those individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our local running community and accomplishments.
There will also be awards for those club members who have participated in the Championship Series and a special prize for everyone who attends. This year we are excited to offer door prizes. We will be giving away a men's and a women's Garmin Forerunner 220 running watch to two lucky WVRR members who attend the banquet.
This year we will be meeting at IUOE Local 841 Union Banquet Hall located at 6801 South U.S. 41. The banquet will start at 5:00 PM with a social hour followed by a meal and then awards. The menu for this year's banquet will be posted later at wvrr.org.
