HOW TO POST YOUR RACE'S RESULTS ON THE WEB

The Wabash Valley Road Runner's Club will post your race's results for events ran in the Wabash Valley. Please read the information below on how to submit your results for posting on the http://wvrr.org web site.
                   
1) Contact the webmaster ahead of time at webmaster@wvrr.org to ensure your race results will be able to be posted shortly after your race.
 
2) Let runners know the results of your race are going to be posted on the web. On your race application add the following language, "Results will be posted at http://wvrr.org"
 
3) Once your race is complete, have someone type the race results. Show a complete list of the runners, not just a "top 25" or the list of age group winners. Everyone wants to know how they did!
 
4) The best program to use for submitting results is Microsoft Excel. Other acceptable programs are Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works. Please contact the webmaster at webmaster@wvrr.org before submitting results using other formats.
 
5) Required information:
                   
   across the top    NAME, DATE and DISTANCE OF THE RACE
  1st column  PLACE - (1,2,3, ETC.)
  2nd column  RUNNER'S NAME

Runners expect timely posting of results. Results should be posted within 48 hours after the completion of the race. To accomplish this, results should be forwarded to the webmaster within 24 hours after the completion of the race. The best method for getting results to the webmaster is by e-mail to webmaster@wvrr.org.
                   
By following these guideline, we should be able to post your results in a timely manner.
